Folder STAHL 56 for folding sheet size B2 with two electronically controlled cross knifes, 4 pockets with sculpsit options, perforating, crimplock, highly efficient unloading equipment and stacker.

GUK Fa43

 

Folder GUK Fa43 with weights of input material from 35gr/m2 to 200gr/m2, 8 pockets x 4 pockets, including glue system HHS and auxiliary equipment for Sculpsit, perforating, crimplock single and double, and cutting up products during folding.

GUK FA 36/4

 
Folder with weights of input material from 35 g/m2 to 200 g/m2, 4 parallel pockets. The possibility of cross connection of 8 plates x 4 plates. Folder is fully compatible with other machines in Opatisk such as "Variable". Of course, possible usage of any tools such as perforation, creasing, crimplock, and cutting up products during folding.

GUK FA 35/4 - FA 35/8

 

Folder with weights of input material from 35 g/m2 to 200 g/m2, 4 plates x 8 plates, including the possibility of cross perforation, creasing, crimplock, and cutting up products during folding.

 

 

 

All machines from GUK are compatible with each other, so they are able to work in various configurations, and the company OPATISK utilizes this.

2 machines GUK + Vijuk

Folders produces leaflets type OUTSERT with license for production and exports to the American continent. Unique machines in the Czech Republic, Eastern and Central Europe,they are capable of meeting the demanding requirements of current pharmaceutical production. The maximum size 114 x 53 mm of the final outsert with 150 panels, and a minimum final size 32 x 32 mm. Both machines can work with a material from 37gr/m2.

Perfecta SDY1

 

The final cutting of publications, booklets and other folded products is done by triglyph PERFECTA SDY1. A simple controlled cutting machine with high performance and quality of products.

Polar 115

 

All leaflets are cut on modern cutter POLAR 115 with a maximum sheet width 115 cm.

Other machines

  • Another cutter Seypa 115, after a complete renovation and upgrade by a reputable company.
  • Cutter Maxima MS80 as another alternative for the onslaught of work and final trailing of booklets.
  • We use classical V1 sewing heads Rapid.
  • For cutting shapes of labels we use extrusion machine, of course there is bookbinding drill, creasing machine with perforation in the format B2 and various other types of auxiliary equipment for book binding practices.
